Great place to get Japanese food. We managed to get a last minute reservation for 5 on a Saturday evening so that was great. I love how many options they have. They have every Japanese dish I love. I got the Deluxe Meshi which had everything I love about Japanese rice bowls: It has salmon, eel, AND fish eggs. We also got the Yakiniku Don (grilled beef rice bowl), Chicken Nanban (basically chicken Karaage with a different sauce), and Agedashi Tofu. And the food was delicious. The portions for the rice bowls were also bigger than I expected so they were very filling. Service was good. I didn't feel like we waited too long for our food. We also came rather close to closing but they still let us order, so I appreciate that. And when the store was closing, they politely made it known to us. The inside feels like a typical Japanese restaurant with black seats and dark wood. We sat in a booth which fit all 5 of us comfortably

As someone who loves sushi, this meal was really good. Fish was fresh and cold, and they gave ample amounts of rice. The price is pretty worth considering the amount of food given.

You need to have your taste buds knocked out of the park with this delicious meal. When I say the dollar amount is completely worth it for this bowl, I mean it wholeheartedly. I was shocked with how big the portions were for this affordable bowl. They gave the most portions which was an extraordinary value. The meal was totally satisfying and came within ten minutes. The interior is smaller, but has nice wooden accents.

I arrived at Rokko's on a Saturday afternoon. There were several parties seated inside, but the restaurant was not filled yet at the time we went. We were seated immediately, and the servers were very kind. Service was pretty quick. We ordered the sashimi salad and a bento box. The sashimi salad was a HUGE portion, and there were a lot more pieces of fish than I had expected. The fish quality was quite fresh, and it tasted great with the other components of the salad. It's a great dish to share, or even have yourself! As for the bento box, I enjoyed the mini okonomiyakis and the takoyaki. Rokko has a diverse menu, and I am quite satisfied with their fish quality. I would love to come again and try the other dishes!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant recently, and I must say, their dishes truly exceeded my expectations! First, the tofu salad was a delightful surprise. The tofu was perfectly seasoned and had a wonderful texture that paired beautifully with the fresh, crisp greens. The dressing was light yet flavorful, making it a refreshing start to the meal. Next, the tuna was absolutely top-notch. It was incredibly fresh, practically melting in my mouth with each bite. The delicate flavors were perfectly balanced, showcasing the quality of the fish and the skill of the chef. Finally, the unagi don was simply divine. The eel was cooked to perfection, with a rich, smoky flavor and a tantalizing glaze that complemented the fluffy rice beneath it. Every bite was a perfect blend of savory and sweet, making it an unforgettable dish. The service at this restaurant was impeccable from start to finish. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, ensuring that every aspect of our dining experience was flawless. They were quick to accommodate our requests and provided excellent recommendations. The ambiance of the restaurant was equally impressive, with a cozy and elegant decor that made us feel welcomed and relaxed. The lighting was perfect, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the soft background music added a pleasant touch to the overall dining experience. It's clear that [Restaurant Name] pays attention to every detail, making it a standout choice for any occasion. Overall, this restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience with these standout dishes. I highly recommend trying the tofu salad, tuna, and unagi don - you won't be disappointed! Aww

First time here and I have to say the portions at this restaurant are huuuuuge!! I got the sample okonomiyaki (yum!) and the Chicken Katsu Curry and oh man this was the first time I actually had some left over rice while eating katsu curry!! Delicious!

Great little establishment! We've been here twice and each time, the service has been great. Our server recently was particularly friendly and attentive. He showed patience with our screaming toddler. The location is a little small. We had our bigger stroller and it fit ok at a booth. The first time we went, we were seated towards the back, and it felt like there was a bit more space. The food was delicious. We ordered the chirashi and the fish/seafood was plentiful. Good ratio to protein and rice. The rice has food flavor and wasn't mushy. My wife's meal was food as well. It comes with chicken kaarage and the chicken is plentiful as well. It's cooked well, super crispy on the outside but tender on the inside. She loves their ribeye, cooked perfectly. Super tender and flavorful. The takoyaki is food, too. Pretty basic. I also got the hamachi Kama. It was good. Had a good smoky flavor. Fish was super tender. It paired great with ponzu sauce. For drinks we ordered a large hot sake, Alani beer, and the white yuzu. The sake seemed to never end. The white yuzu was super light. The Alani was smooth but had a bite at the end. Overall, good dinner experience. Our kiddo survived and it helped the place is a little loud to drown out her screaming.
